The foundation consists of a board and volunteers. The board performs its duties on a voluntary basis and does not receive a salary or other reward for the work performed.

 The foundation currently does not employ any paid staff. If this changes in the future, this will be stated here and made transparent in the annual financial report.

 The foundation may use external institutions or companies for its activities to carry out the intended activities. These will preferably be involved in the foundation’s activities on a voluntary basis. If this is not possible, these will be paid at a market rate
